Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from accredited university majoring in Economics, Psychology and Industrial Engineering
- Have 2-3 years experience in the same position
- Have ability to use Microsoft Office and other presentation applications
- Communicative, proactive and easy to adapt
- Have good analytical and negotiation skills
- Preferably experienced in financial institution (banking)

- Analyze career model development and conduct job analysis of all positions in BNI Syariah
- Analyze workload calculation
- Develop a performance management system development plan
- Implement the HR planning process and develop Capacity Planning analysis
